This is how it is done:

- Refund request MUST be submitted within 24 hours from the activation time using the “Trouble Ticket” tool on the H2O Direct support menu.
- Refund request MUST be due to issues that are valid and meets H2O Terms and Conditions based on individual review.
- Description or reasons for refund MUST be filled in and submitted in order for the case to be reviewed.
- MDNs submitted for refund will be cancelled automatically and CANNOT be ported out (Port in activations excluded).
- For Port in activations, 24 hour time will apply once the Port in is completed to request Refund for any service issues.
- Lost / Stolen devices or devices that may have remaining contract terms may not be included by the refund/void policy.
- Refund validation process may take up to 5 business days from the submission date and will be applied to weekly bill as void/chargeback.
- Refund/Void request may still be “rejected” based on detail review and specific conditions.
- Excessive and/or misuse of refund may result in account termination from HDN.

Activating eSIM on the iPhone
Make sure your device is connected to wi-fi or cellular service.
If you don’t see "H2O Wireless plan is ready to be installed’ then follow these steps.
1. Please check your phone is running the latest software (Settings> General> Software Update) "Latest Version".
2. Go to Settings> Cellular and press the "Add a Cellular Plan" link. Your eSIM will now download and install

▪ If the device is on a prepaid or pay-as-you-go plan, it probably is unlocked. If you’re still not sure, you may contact the current carrier to ask or follow these easy steps:
▪ On iPhone models iOS 14 and above:
- Go to “Settings.”
- Scroll down and click on “General.”
- From there, click on “About.”
- Scroll down and look for the phrase “Carrier Lock.” If it says “No SIM restrictions” your phone is unlocked
- For eSIM compatible Samsung Models (Android)
- Open Settings.
- Tap "Connections", "Network and Internet", or other similar label.
- Tap "Mobile Network", or similar.
- Tap "Choose Network" or "Automatically Select Network". If your phone shows several available networks, it's unlocked.
